IPO means initial public offerings. It is a public share offer to the general public by Stock Exchange. Listed share holder companies offer these shares by Dhaka Stock Exchange (Generally known as DSE is the main stock exchange Share Market of Bangladesh). After a certain time they publish result of their shares on their official website. All IPO are managed under the Company Act 1994.
DSE is the main stock exchange in Bangladesh. . Typically DSE trading opens on Sunday through Thursday at 10:30 am to 02:30pm in Bangladesh. Friday and Saturday is holiday in Bangladesh. They have there own official site, there they analysis daily share market, can download IPO forms, NRB data, IPO result and others prospects also.
